Gap in back bone
Recent 1 month I have problem of pain in waist . I have to got an appointment from a physiotherapis. In X- ray it was found that, gap in spine in lower area. Doctors give me the following medicines

Mam you are 28 and usually people don’t get lower back ache so easily. There can be many reasons behind it and the common problems which i come across is one is u might had any fall or injury during exercise , two is becouse of osteoporosis please check your vit d levels and get back to us for proper treatment
