Thank you for sharing the details. Here's a clear breakdown of **how to time your allopathic and Ayurvedic medicines safely**, especially when both need to be taken **before lunch**: --- ### 🕑 **General Rule: Maintain a 30–45 Minute Gap Between Ayurvedic & Allopathic Medicines** This helps avoid: * **Herb-drug interactions** * Reduced absorption of either medicine * Overloading liver or kidneys (especially important if you're already on multiple medications like for diabetes and hypertension) --- ### ✅ **Suggested Timetable (Before Lunch Example)** Assuming lunch is at **1:00 PM**, here's a safe sequence: | Time | Medicine | Notes | | -------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------- | | **11:45 AM** | **Ayurvedic Liver Medicine** | Taken on relatively empty stomach for better absorption | | **12:15 PM** | **Diabetes Allopathic Medicine** (e.g., metformin, voglibose, etc.) | Ideally 30 min before lunch | | **1:00 PM** | **Lunch** | Balanced, warm meal recommended | | **Post-lunch** | Others like Telmiride H, Tenlison M, Ecosprin AV, Gaviscon | As per doctor's prescription timing | > ⏱️ If it's hard to remember two timings, you can **reverse the order** (allopathic first, then Ayurvedic) — but still **keep a 30-minute gap**. --- ### ⚠️ **Special Considerations** * If the **Ayurvedic liver medicine contains herbs like Bhumyamalaki, Kalmegh, or Kutki**, it's best absorbed **before meals** with warm water. * If the **allopathic medicine for diabetes includes insulin or insulin secretagogues (like glimepiride)**, they should be **closer to the meal** to avoid hypoglycemia. --- ### 🧠 Tips to Manage Multiple Medicines Safely: * Keep a **daily medicine schedule chart**. * Use a **pill organizer**. * Always tell your doctor about **all herbal/Ayurvedic products** you're taking — some may interact with **ecosprin AV** (which includes aspirin + statin). --- Would you like me to create a personalized **daily medicine timing chart** (morning to night) for you including these meds + Ayurvedic ones? Advice- self medication is hazardous, always consult ayurvedic doctor before taking ayurvedic medicine. Consult me personally for details.

You can take both Ayurvedic liver medicine and allopathic diabetes medicine before lunch, but keep a 15–30 minute gap between them. 👉 Best Practice: Take allopathic diabetes medicine first (as it often needs to act before food) Wait 15–30 minutes, then take the Ayurvedic liver medicine This helps avoid interaction and ensures better absorption of both.

Better to have Ayurvedic medicines before breakfast for better results instead of taking along with Allopathic Medicine .
