Gangrene filled feet
My father has type 2 diabetes for 25+ years and has been a heart patient for 6 years. He developed blisters on both feet suddenly 4 weeks back and was hospitalized for 12 days. Post discharge (24th Oct) we were asked to keep his diabetes in check through medications, insulin etc and get his plasters changed every other day which we did. Now, when we went for our followup just yesterday, they performed debridement on one foot and the doctor says most of the right foot is dead and will eventually have to be amputated. she did not have any good news for the right foot either on which debridement will be done today. They also said amputation is very high risk since general or spinal anaesthesia can trigger cardiac arrest. They will ask us to sign a document saying death is on the table before performing any such procedure. My question is can Ayurveda heal a patient from such a situation or we are doomed to just horrible options as mentioned by general surgeon who peformed debridement???

Consult with a doctor
Online now
Yes there are option in Ayurveda for this but don't know how far a particular patient will be able to respond and to what extent the gangrene is. Anyway it's not possible to treat online. Which place are you from? Go to an good Ayurveda Institute nearby and maybe he will need hospitalisation and treatment under direct supervision of the doctor everyday untill it's cured. For more information do consult.
