Initialy it was small but day by day its growing
Its started from 2012
And its movable and painfull when something touch on it.
please suggest what are the test required and is it an cancerious lump or tumor.

Rule out vascular and other possibilities with ultrasound or MRI .

Surgical excision is therefore the choice here.
