Ganglion Cyst
I have been facing pain due to ganglion cyst on my right wrist which doing push ups or extreme movement of the wrist. Is there a specific reason for the formation of a ganglion cyst? How do I treat it so that I can start working out again?

Most of the ganglions are painless and self resolving .. surgery can be avoided.. however, if it’s painful we need to rule out underlying ligament injury in which case surgery is suggested.. Consult nearby hand surgeon/ orthopaedician for evaluation..

You can use wrist belt and some NSIDs for time being. But if symptoms persist, need surgical treatment.
