Gallstones with fatty liver and pancreas

I have multiple gallstones upto 5 mm with fatty liver and fatty pancreas.my baby is just months old that's why I feared to do surgery. Is it possible gallstones can be dissolved with the help of medicine.please suggest what to do

Dissolution therapy is not recommended unless patient is unfit for surgery. If you are not symptomatic for gallstones then you don’t need to get operated anyways. For fatty liver please lose weight and excercise.
