I hv multiple freely movable 3_4mm gallstones but I don't hv any symptoms. Fortunately it found in my usg report. Plz tell me is it important to remove immediately ?I want to know is it removed by surgery only or any medicine can help to melt it? If surgery done then only stones are removed or full gall bladder? If gallbladder removed then can it cause any harm in my future pregnancy? After my surgery how many time I need for conceive?? Plz suggest me.

Q no 1,2,3 & 4 you are diagnosed with symptoms free multiple gallbladder stones incidental finding on USG reporting ---- Immediate Surgery not required.
Q no 5 Both options are there but surgery have it's own merits.
Q no 6 Full gallbladder with gallstones is removed
Q no 7 No harm in future pregnancy.

If symptoms of indigestion or pain, gall bladder needs to be removed. Smaller stones cause more trouble.So I would recommend removal.
Have a hemolytic workup done.
Gall stones form with poorly functioning Gall bladder so the whole gall bladder needs removal Your bile duct will replace its function.
