Gall stone located in the neck ,is ideally treated surgically by laproscopic cholecystectomy,A safe procedure.Non surgical treatment hasn't proved to be beneficial.

A 4.7mm gallstone at the neck of the gallbladder, causing recurrent pain, is best treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy, a minimally invasive surgery with quick recovery. Non-surgical options like monitoring or lifestyle changes (avoiding fatty foods) might temporarily manage symptoms but won't prevent complications like infections or bile duct obstruction. Surgery is safe for young, unmarried individuals and does not affect fertility or future pregnancies. It provides long-term relief and prevents serious health risks. While concerns about surgery are understandable, it is the most effective solution. A second opinion can help address doubts and reassure your family.

Gallbladder surgery by laproscopy what it makes married or unmarried??? Family must understand at neck reason it may obstruct bile to move n emergency may be there. Don't think any oral medicine is going to help you. No option left . Go in planned way or in emergency it's your choice as well as family.

There are conservative treatments, but they are not always successful and you may eventually need surgery. For conservative trial, kindly take an instant consultation. 🙂
