Gall bladder stones can be symptomatic or asymptomatic, decision depends on many factors i need to know more details about hypertension or diabetes amd previous medical history
The gold standard treatment for gall bladder stones is surgery. Though many medicines have been tried...none have proven to be effective as per the various studies conducted
As per the international guidelines... Surgery is required only if the patient has symptoms ir symptomatic gallstones. Or even if asymptomatic it depends on the size of the stone or the polyp
Therefore taking these things under consideration, the USG report attached above does not dictate surgical intervention unless the patient is symptomatic
Hope this helps clear your doubt
Next Steps
consult a surgeon if the patient has pain in the right hypochondrium or epigastrium. or if the patient has these complains with fever and chills
Health Tips
reduce weight if already overweight, take small and regular meals, avoid fasting, reduce fat consumption
these measures though might not regress the already formed stones... they might definitely help in decreasing the rate of progression or new stone formation
so if the patient is asymptomatic then this would be the best modality of management
