Clinical symptoms are always necessary for diagnosis: eg is he having Pain in abdomen? Severity, duration
However looking at the reports
Sonography is suggestive of inflammation of Gall bladder due to gall stones: this inflammation present with pain, and can progress to causing infection and pus inside the gall bladder with an occasional leak outside but adjacent to gall bladder. This condition needs to be checked by a surgeon who can better decide the course of action which is generally surgery: laparoscopic or robotic removal of gall bladder
2. Pancreas does not se to have any major issue: mild inflammation can occurs due to Gall stones itself
3. Blood tests revealed high cholesterol and triglycerides which need medical management
4. A CT Scan and further blood tests would be helpful
5. If the pain is significant then consultation and treatment at the earliest: being a surgical problem, better to be under a surgeons care
Patient has calculus cholecystitis
Means there is a gall stone in gall bladder causing it's inflammation
There are also changes of ?Pancreatitis
Patient will need admission in hospital
About kidney - it's simple cyst not to worry about right now
Next Steps
consult a GI or general surgeon ASAP
after Blood reports
patient may need surgery in emergency
Health Tips
consider it as emergency & get checked by surgeon ASAP
