Gallbladder 5mm polyp
In the month of July 2023 when I abdomen scan there was 5mm gallbladder polyp and 1st grade fatty liver. Do I need to screen now to observe the growth of polyp. Is that cancerous?
Please suggest.

Gallbladder polyps, usually benign,detected accidentally while scanning the abdomen.polyp size smaller than 10 mm without any symptoms , remain stable ,and need to be watched periodically every 6-12 months.
It is recommended that you follow with a laprosc.surgeon for proper management.

6 monthly scan should be fine for polyps unless you are symptomatic.
Consider lifestyle modifications for fatty liver.which is reversible at this stage.
