I am having a feeling of gabrahat, feels like i will get a heart attack now or will die now. From last few days there is disturbance in stomach also. No proper bowel movement, burping also there. But no any cough or fever.

It may be due to gastric reason's....some time spicy and hot food can increase the problem. Anxiety increase gastric disturbance....so keep calm, drink more fluid , small meal, low spicy food. If not relieve then consult
