Small Muscle-Like Lumps in Waist – Possible Lipomas? ✅ Lipomas are benign fatty lumps that are painless, soft, and movable. ✅ If hard, painful, or growing rapidly, get it evaluated to rule out fibroma or other conditions. Ayurvedic Treatment for Lipoma Reduction: 1. Internal Medicines: ✅ Arogyavardhini Vati – 1 tablet twice daily (helps in fat metabolism). ✅ Kanchnar Guggulu – 2 tablets twice daily (dissolves fatty growths). ✅ Triphala Churna (½ tsp at bedtime) – Detoxifies & balances metabolism. 2. External Application: ✅ Castor Oil or Triphala Paste – Apply gently over lumps at night. 3. Diet & Lifestyle Changes: 🚫 Avoid: Deep-fried, dairy, excess sweets, and junk food. ✅ Include: Warm water, turmeric, flaxseeds, and leafy greens. ✅ Daily mild exercise & yoga (Surya Namaskar, Pawanmuktasana). Next Steps: 🔹 Follow this for 3–6 months & monitor changes. 🔹 If lumps grow or cause discomfort, consult a doctor for further evaluation. ✅ Ayurveda can help reduce small lipomas naturally!

Explanation given by you regarding the condition is not clear . Is it a mass or muscle? On what basis you mentioned it as lipoma? If it is lipoma use Kanchanara guggulu and Arogyavardhani rasa thrice daily with water after food for 1 month . It helps reducing the same also it prevents formation same in future.
