Fungus infection on scalp wid hair loss

Asked for Female, 10 Years

Fungus cells found on clinical lab test on a patch of hair loss on head of my 10 year old daughter. She had kerion infection at same place 2 years ago. And that got treated well with Zimig tablet and tooical treatment for kerion for 2.5.months.
