Hi, I noticed something like fungus just below my knees that looks much like blood clots that would occur after drying of a scratch wound. I have attached a picture of the area.
It just went off when I rubbed and scratched when bathing after i noticed it.
Now I am confused whether it is an infection or just a layer of dirt (since I usually dont rub below my knees when bathing).
Kindly clarify me about this and ways to prevent it or if I need medical treatment.

This is not fungal infection. Looks like lichen planus or lichenoides dermatitis. Please call me or send photos using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment advice.
