I am having fungal toenail from past 4-5 months I tried applying nail lacquer meds once a week for 2 months but it didn't help. Kindly suggest. See picture attached

Continue nail lacquer. As the toe nails growth is slow, it will take few months atleast to see any improvement. You will also need oral medicines.
