Fungal itchy

Asked for Male, 30 Years

I have skin lesions between joint of ankle n sheen..it occurs every year. Initially i could control it with ring guard but noe it has become uncontrollable. At the beginning it used to itch a lot..it grows circular. Scaly patchy skin comes out. Area is growing white. Kindly suggest. Find images attached.
