Fungal infection with allergy
Allergy since last 1 year under thighs, legs and on face with alot of itching.. The marks burns alot when it comes in contact with water or soap.. Have been using powder and lulliconazole tubes since last year bt marks sometimes become light bt still aren't gone completely.. Also there are red pimples over my back and upper hands with has a little itching too.. Kindly plz provide me with the medicines to end it soon..

These marks can be fungal infection , you need to take oral medication, for that and also for the pimples on the back
