Skin irritation, red spots on thigh and on waist. I have used lulican cream but this infection is developing again and again.

Just cream might not be enough. It is advisable to also take anti fungal tablets, anti fungal soap, maintaining proper personal hygiene, washing your clothes separately and sun drying them, and also treating your family members if any of them has it too. I would recommend meeting a dermatologist who will properly guide you and give you all the needed advice.
