Fungal infection of nails

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I have had fungal infection in middle finger of my middle finger of left hand... recently it started to spread in my left feet fingers as well...the nail has grown grey/black, left nail bed and have become brittle. Is there anything that can be done about this?
