Last fingers of both legs are infected. Skin loosing from side.i already used fourderm and surfazsn but no results yet. Pls help

Please stop using products like fourderm and surfazsn. Fourderm contains steroid which will worsen the infection if your toes are infected. Kindly send photos for accurate diagnosis or consult me in private.
