Fungal infection in toe nail

Asked for Male, 50 Years

Good Evening, This query is regarding my father, He is suffering from severe sore on the edge of toe nail, it may be nail pinched or fungal infection. He had visited the doctor in the village but he couldn't get relief for past 1 month. He is taking "Clavam 625", it decreases the sore for sometime but then it increases again. kindly, help me. PS:- He is " controlled Diabetic" with "Hb1c_7.0" and he also had "Auratic Valve Replacement". He is taking "Acitrom" on daily basis. Thanks and Regards Shikha
