I can understand your concern.
Whatever you are facing is because of your own stupidity. Im sorry to say this but thats the truth.
The treatment should be directed towards what you might be having. Panderm contains steroids which shouldn't be used unless required.
Kindly consult a dermatologist in person for further evaluation and management.
