Fungal infection

Asked for Male, 22 Years

I was having fungal infection in my inner thighs as well as on my neck .. few years back also i had this and at that time my Dr. gave me.. betamil Gm ointment.. so i used this again and it helped to improve the infection but from yesterday i have a very small but hard and bit painful(only when i touch it)lump on my thighs? Should i consult or it should subside on its own?
