Hi This could be tinea incognito. since you have applied steroid cream over it for so long, it has destroyed the skin resulting in thinner skin and stretch marks. Stretch will remain there. Steroid makes fungal infection very difficult to treat. They just supress infection and when you stop using them the Condition is even worse then before.
Next Steps
consult a dermatologist for proper treatment.
Health Tips
stop applying over the counter steroid creams. wear loose cotton clothes. avoid sharing of soap, towel and personal hygiene products. wash your clothes separately.

You have caused the stretch marks by applying a steroid cream for 1 year. Self treatment by applying over-the-counter creams has caused this. Totally your own fault. Now, for proper treatment, consult online and follow the advice

The cream u r using contains a steroid which is totally contraindicated in a fungal infection. Stop Betamil GM cream completely. Tinea incognito” is a term used to describe a tinea infection modified by topical steroids. It is caused by prolonged use of topical steroids, sometimes prescribed as a result of incorrect diagnosis. Topical steroids suppress the local immune response and allow the fungus to grow easily. If not treated, the skin can become irritated and painful. Skin blisters and cracks can become infected with bacteria and require antibiotics. Tinea can also spread to other parts of the body, including the feet, nails, scalp, or beard. Stretch marks also are coz of the steroid cream. Consult a Dermatologist to get a proper treatment protocol.
Health Tips
Avoid OTC products. wear loose fitting clothes. Use a medicated antifungal powder.
