I can understand your concern.
All the things you have taken are wrong.
You know how i can tell?
Because you have done self medication and it always results in more harm.
If it's a fungal infection, then please give me the reason for taking antibiotics?
What the point of taking pain killers?
Please at least now go get it checked out by a ENT specialist in person for further evaluation and management.
