I always get acne on my forehead but generally it looks like a texture of skin coloured bumps all over my forehead with each bump of same size...they don't have pus and few are inflamed and painful too...I am using ketoconazole shampoo from 3 weeks now and clotrimazole cream as a leave on product since 1 and half weeks but still there is very slow progress in my condition..please prescribe any oral supplement as I think this might be fungal acne associated with scalp dandruff.

Forehead acne with uniform skin-colored bumps, especially if associated with dandruff, can sometimes be related to fungal folliculitis (commonly referred to as fungal acne). However, it could also be a form of clogged pores or another dermatological condition.consult for a proper diagnosis.
