Raised HBA1C , spas fbs (DIABITIC ) Raised uric acid. Raised  liver enzyme . Ver low vitd 3, b12 so  c reactive  protein  is raised as all r chronic illness  cause inflammation. What r your  symptoms? No.perticular treatment  forcrp.itself , use of antibiotics  gives results  but u don't mention any complaints. Uprise d60k two times a week for eight weeks followed by one per month for six months  for vit d3 Tab neurokind od one at night for 3 months after dinner. LISTEN  TILL U DON'T CHANGE LIFE STYLE N DIET PLAN DRASTICALLY FIRST NO THERAPY GIVES U PROPER RESULT. FOR LFT RAISED TAB UDILIV 300 TWO TIMES A DAY AFTER FOOD FOR 2 MONTHS. TAB LIV 52 ONE AT NIGHT FOR LONG TERM. USE OF BUTTERMILK CURD   BEETROOT  R GOOD FOR LIVER.

LFT raised… but not significant 3 times of upper limit considered significant!! You have vit D3 very less … need to focus on that And S. vit B12 very less suggesting vegetarian diet Take vit D3 sachet weekly for 6 weeks CRP markers will settle down own it own once you improve your lifestyle!!
