Full acne and oily skin

Asked for Male, 23 Years

I have full acne and I dont know why it is coming If I don't eat oil foods also the acne is becoming worse.I tried with many doctors but no use infact it increased a lot.Now I don't want any ointments or tablets and i don't believe also i want natural treatment I mean do's and dont's
