My Father is 62 years old and diabetic. Recently he was diagnosed with Frozen shoulder. Could you please suggest what kind is exercise should he start doing for the ailment.

Hi Well Frozen shoulder is pretty common in diabetes and after a certain age...however a proper examination is required so that to know at what stage of frozen shoulder he is. His range of motion and pain intensity needs to be known so as to deliver proper treatment.
