Sir, the shoulder has become stiff the capsule should be loosened up.U might have a medical history of diabetes. I request u to go to physiotherapist and get MOBILIZATIONS to loosen it up.And than continue shoulder and scapular stabilization exercises.

By that time u can use hot packs over shoulder.And do exercises of elbow , wrist and fingers. Make sure they dont become stiff.Exerscise of other joints will increase the blood supply to shoulder.

Shoulder pain can result from many reasons. To know the exact cause need to get it evaluated. Long standing pain can further lead to muscle weakness and delaying the recovery . Doing any exercises will not help but doing specific exercises will cure the problem. Till then do ice pack 2-3 times a day do light mobility exercises in pain free ranges . Consulting a physiotherapist will surely cure the problem.

Shoulder Pain Can Not Get Cured From Medicine Only.  U Hv to Do Some Exercises Also .. Do Some Shoulder Flexion Exercise, Shoulder Abduction, Circumduction etc.  10 to 20 Moves Each ..

Having shoulder pain since last many months need proper assessment and diagnosis. There are many condition which can lead to pain in shoulder so for that you need to visit the nearest physiotherapy center where you will be assessed thoroughly and diagnosed related to it.

Find out the root cause of the pain,could be frozen shoulder, pain and stiffness post an injury,postural pain etc. All of these lead to muscle weakness further extending the pain for months. Correct your posture and start strengthening with a physiotherapist

There are many possibilities of shoulder pain first need to do proper assessment for it..when does it hurt? How the pain is dull, burning, radiating. pricking. Need to check everything.is anything related to posture or any history of injury.or due to working for too long.But you can apply ice pack three times a day 10 min-15min.or hot fermentation or use pain relieving spray or ointment like volini gel.
