Frozen shoulder muscle spasams
I have muscle spasams for about 6 months on my upper left arm.cant move or lift to well w o pain. Went to the doctor did X-ray that was ok didn’t do mri recommended physical therapy. I can afford it . What can I do at home to treat this?
