Pain in neck and shoulder muscle

Hello doctor I'm 27 years male. I have pain in my left shoulder muscle. not exactly shoulder and not exactly neck middle of them. When I ride my bike or sit on my desk for work just in hour that muscle got stiffed and I am like handle locked bike. Now these days I am feeling something in my left hands nerves, something that I couldn't explain. I it is bubbling like water tubes. I don't know is it blockage or heart problem.
