Frozen shoulder
I am 49 years old woman, having diabetes and high blood pressure, one kidney failure. Lately from past 2 months, one of my shoulders is getting frozen and I am not able to move my hand back side. It pains badly with the problem in sleeping and even combing my hairs. Went for physiotherapy for 20 days but didn't make any difference and pain increased. Please help and guide me in getting the right treatment that treats me eventually.

Hi there...The aim of treatment is to ease pain and stiffness; also, to keep the range of shoulder movement as good as possible...this can be achieved by pain killers and anti inflammatory agents...Physiotherapist they may try other pain-relieving techniques such as warm or cold temperature packs and transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS) machines...Consult nearest orthopedic surgeon they will do the needful.
