High blood pressure
Respected Sir
I am 25 year old and i am living at oman. I am from mohali punjab. I am facing issue of high blood pressure from last one year. Last year doctor advised me to take blood pressure medicine when my blood pressure was 140/90.i took medicine for one week after that another doctor told me not to take medicine as everything is OK. But after one year i measured bp it is 150/105.
I am not doing any smoking, vegetarian, not taking any drink. Doing morning exercise.
But i am not able to understand the reason.
But one thing i noticed and snoring while sleeping.
Please help me out, whether should i take medicine.

Rule out other cause also like kidney functions etc
Diet lifestyle correction by natural Ayurveda way is very important factor to overcome this problem.

Dear Rohit
By just one measurement one cannot be declared as hypertensive and the blood pressure value also depends the person measuring that.
Many times inexperienced person or automated BP measuring machines may give false values and if treatment based upon that may lead to serious complications.
The mentioned history is not sufficient to make a provisional diagnosis so
