Froth in baby poop
Hello doctors, My baby is 2 months old , she is having froth in the potty since more than 10 days and she poops 2-3 or 3-4 times a day , has mild smell , is bit gassy and farts , she has about 15-18 wet diapers a day . Baby is otherwise feeding and sleeping as usual . when i checked with Pediatrician he said its normal . Is it normal to have froth in potty for this long? How long can it happen ? Am attaching the poop picture ( pic is after the froth settles ) Please suggest something. Is it matter of concern Thanks in advance

It’s normal sometimes plenty of milk (15-18 diaper) may cause frothy stool, if it is there change the position for good flow Changing the breast frequently causes fore milk excess and leading to frothy stools.and others but no need to worry.

Stools look normal. There is nothing to worry. The baby might be having gas. Frequency of stools is also normal.
