As homeopathy is not any allopathy doctor's field they cannot advise on that. But nexito and many other antidepressants are safely given in post partum period and can be given with breastfeeding by taking few precautions. Do not suddenly stop rhe medicines as they may cause relapse of symptoms. If you have any specific concerns that are causing you to want to stop these meds, kindly Consult your doctor and get them resolved.
