I am having fever form last 4 days and suddenly when I woke up today I saw my face my full red.. Red rashes.. Seems like allergy.. A night before I ate dinner at hotel. Not sure what is the issue. Expect dinner at hotel nothing unusual I ate

It can be rashes due to viral infection. Chances of viral are more likely. Dont take any pain killer or antibiotic without showing to any doctor. It can be drug reaction too.
