Fresh Blood In Stool - From Last 3 Days I'm Having Fresh Blood

From last 3 days I'm having fresh blood in stool. Stool not hard. No pain . I take medicines for thyroid since 2 years. Also having a pain in left stomach after having any meal. No appetite at all . Please suggest me.
