  4. Frequently urinating. Suffering a lot.

Hi.. I am Siva 31 m , the problem is I feel abdomen ia heavy and can't stop urinating every half hour little by little. I am drinking normal water quantity , food and does exercise of walking 30 mins daily.. Please help in this , I am suffering a lot.. Thanks
