Frequently little urination and motions
My baby is 20 months old and from last two days is having frequent motions and urine ( little ) , no change is diet. Had egg, moong dal rice, after that noticed that he is passing yellow urine and little 6-8 times not so watery motions. Please guide, unable to understand what the problem is

Any vomiting or fever? Stop egg and moong dhal for 2 days . See if his motions are normal Give him yogurt or buttermilk and tender coconut water.
