Frequent urination..

Asked for Female, 34 Years

It's been many years since I'm suffering from frequent urination... After drinking water every time I feel to urinate in 10 to 15 mins... Even mostly my panty is wet cuz of I go urine so often... I don't hv leaky urine issue... Even when I try sex also I feel pressure and urge of urine even after going urine... Urge is there... I can't enjoy sex... Even I feel full cuz of water sometime... Kindly advise me something I'm diabetic type 2 from last 2 years....
