Frequent urination
I am a 30yrs old male.
I feel moist/leak in my glans penis area most of the time. Seems sometimes very small quantity of urine/mucous is leaking. And some times the urine feels thick and viscous as if it's mucous.
I feel the urge to pee frequently but volume of urine flow is less. I feel to pee just 5-10 min after peeing.
I have done Vit D3 testing as suggested and have already shared the report. Now please suggest.

Get urine examination routine and microscopic done along with the ultrasonography of the abdomen especially for the KUB region, prostate and post void urine as preliminary investigation.physical clinical examination including per rectal examination may also help to make a diagnosis
