Need to rule out urinary tract infection(UTI).
Do following investigations
1.Urine routine and microscopy
2. Urine culture and antibiotics sensitivity
3. Sugar fasting and postprandial/ OGTT
UTI in pregnancy has adverse effect on pregnancy. So do the test.

Initially first three months there is high urination due to pressure on bladder by uterus. If associated with pain or burning then need to be evaluated for any infection.
