Frequent urination at night. 4 years.

Suffering from frequent urination more than 4 times at night since last 6 months..visited a govt hospital ...doctor gave me mirabegron and the frequency reduced..the doctor prescribed me for 1 month...after one month...I quit the medicine and again the symptoms back..i have Bladder neck obstruction due to poor urine stream since last 4 years...taking alfoo for this...I have no stricture and mcu rgu test is normal..prostate size normal ...as per aiims doctor tested in 2019...he asked me to take alfoo till your family completed ...after that I never visited aiims...I want to take private consultation as too much rush in aiims..is anything serious to me...please suggest ...is any changes in my body after 4 years..my age is 34...please suggest me best treatment..
