28 yr Male, Unmarried. Urge to urine when I reach my destination, 15 minutes away, in motorcycle, even if I urinated before starting drive. Long drive is miserable. At nights bladder fills frequently. So masturbation at nights is also miserable. If I do it, feel burning after masturbation.

Get urine examination routine and microscopic along with the culture and sensitivity test to look for any urinary tract infection.if detected should be adequatly treated.consult a urologist to detect any element of Overactive bladder,if detected,bladder relaxants has to be prescribed.
