It depends whether you have any symptoms. If there are symptoms this report is significant. Otherwise there is no importance. Epithelial cells are normally seen. Trace protein is also expected especially in pregnancy. Bacterial presence can be confirmed only with urine culture.that is needed only if symptoms like burning sensation is there. Take adequate fluids.
