Frequent urge to urinate, pain in pelvis
I m 34 yrs male I am having urinary issues like burning sensation and slow urine stream and frequent urge to urinate doctor asked for semen culture and e coli detect in culture, urine culture and urine routine normal, usg kub, xray kub normal, kft normal, uroflowmetry normal. Doctor prescribed amikacin 100 injection for 5 days or and bacstol 200 mg tab for 2 weeks. I have completed course of amikacin injection and 3 days of bacstol but i wont find much improvement. Pain in pelvis, urine stream improve after 3 days of injection but again after 5 days of course urine stream becomes slow. Doctor saying complete course of bacstol 200 for 2 weeks. Please advise
