My father is a diabetic and hypertensive under medication for the past 15 years. HE has increased frequency of urination and also urge to urinate has increased.. what tests need to be done.. any medication can be given

tests required are urine co analysis, urine culture and sensitivity test, ultrasound of the Abdomen and pelvis with post void residual urine assessment, serum creatinine and blood urea levels. This should be sufficient, consult with the Urologist nearby, may require a physical examination
