My son age of 20 screams and runs around in the middle of his sleep very frequently twice in a week approximately. It lasts forever 30 seconds and behaves normal once he awake.

Any potentially harmful object such as sharps, protruding objects or glassware should be removed from the bedroom, so that he does not injure himself while running.
